MAZVIMBAKUPA Financial Services (Pvt) Ltd (MFS) was incorporated under the Companies and Other Business Entities Act (Chapter 24:31) under registration number 7289A0262024/2024 dated 21 June 2024. MAZVIMBAKUPA Financial Services (Pvt) Ltd (MFS) is registered and licensed (Licence No. 000933) by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe as a credit-only microfinance institution in terms of the Microfinance Act (Chapter 24:30).
The Company seeks to provide micro financing solutions to the general public subject to terms and conditions of the establishment.
In our understanding of the contours and crannies of the industry, Microfinance is a type of financial service provided to the under-employed, unemployed, or low-income individuals and established entities who otherwise would have had no other reliable access to financing. The goal of microfinance is to ultimately provide the financially inadequate individuals, SMEs and others an opportunity to become financially self-sufficient.
